We were so excited when Elizabeth and Drew enlisted our help with designing the florals for their September wedding held at Church of the Good Shepherd and the Old Medical College in their hometown of Augusta, Georgia. Elizabeth wanted lush, organic, and lots of texture for her personal and reception florals, the perfect recipe for a fall wedding in our opinion! Her bouquet was a wild compilation of white lisianthus, astrantia, and olive leaf (her favorite!). The bridesmaids bouquets is where we injected some beautiful fall colors. They were the prettiest combination of dahlias, scabiosa, quicksand roses, thistle, and eucalyptus. We carried these florals into the wreaths on the front door of the Old Medical College as well as into the arrangements placed on the guest tables. The wow-factor however was the 8-foot wide wreath of greenery our floral design team created and hung in the rotunda of the reception space. It really was spectacular! We especially love these photos filled with joy, captured by Gately Williams of the bridal party at a friend’s home here in Augusta. How amazing is that antique greenhouse? Congratulations to Elizabeth and Drew! Thank you for asking us to be a part of your special day!
